Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Brunswick by IHG

I’m so glad I found a last minute reservation at the Holiday Inn because of how beautiful and clean the rooms are, whoever is cleaning the hotel, made me feel as though the hotel is brand new, you can see this as soon as you enter, the rooms themselves, and the bathrooms. Everything is spotless. Friendly, very helpful and honest staff. I had booked a 2 queen bed room but the system had a mix-up and we ended up in a king suite with 1 bed for my family of 4. The night shift manager went out of his way to find us a room effortlessly and hassle-free. This gentleman at the front desk who works the night shift (3rd shift), deserves a raise and promotion. I also accidentally left my wallet at the front desk and he returned it. He gives off a very welcoming and genuine vibe, as soon as I got here (12-1AM), he informed me of the pool, breakfast and all other accommodations as well as making my children feel comfortable, even making jokes with them about the gifts Santa forgot to take with him in the lobby lol (the holiday decor). Holiday inn is always a place I go to where ever my travels bring my family and I, and this is why. And to prove my review is real, prior to finding this booking, I was traveling from Boston and originally booked a stay at the Sheraton for winter vacation. It was very dirty there, stains on the beds, food crumbs on the counters/furniture, and reeked horribly. I’m glad I found this booking at 12-1AM and was able to come in and settle in easily because the place is just as clean as my own place.

Breakfast was great this morning. We always stay here when in the area. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Absolutely a Wonderful hotel! Clean rooms and clean facilities which is a priority. I can not say enough about the professional, kind, helpful and considerate staff who really care about creating a pleasant stay. Matt Walsh the manager was terrific, Alvaro and Vienna head up an AMAZING housekeeping staff and we had the pleasure in having Josefina and Delmi clean our room. They were GREAT! Ruth in particular at the front desk is truly a gem and made us feel welcome and valued as did the other front desk employees. Ruth is Amazing!! A friendly smile from Ruth and Ava and the others goes a long way. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

Cynthia at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. They have hot breakfast but we didn’t have it. There’s not much in the area but there’s a Sheets and geocery store next door. They did not have many food options at the hotel. Overall a great hotel.

Very well maintained rooms and hotel. Entrance and lobby are very neat and welcoming. Manager Ruth was very sweet and friendly. She was so considerate to upgrade our room to a larger room with a sofa since we were 4 adults. Location on google maps was not correct. Had to go back to booking website and get proper directions.

Great hotel. Super clean. We booked two rooms. We found are rooms to be clean. Only removing one star as I needed tooth paste and they had run out of it and said they were locked out of storage. I had to go buy a toothbrush at night so felt that was off. Secondly, the juice served at the breakfast was bad. Like literally tasted like chemical or something sour. I couldn’t go beyond one sip. My family member who came for breakfast later felt the same way about the juice. Also we ate vegetarian only and observed the lady use spoon from potatoes mix pork sauce. Rest bathroom was clean. It was quiet and we slept well. Front desk lady was nice.

I always prefer Holiday Inn whenever I travel, and this location did not disappoint! The atmosphere is welcoming, rooms are pleasant, clean, and super comfortable, and the service is excellent. There’s always ample parking, and the breakfast is the cherry on top — fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. And the indoor pool is great. Highly recommend staying here!

I was holed up here during the Jan 2026 blizzard. Ruth the manager is so nice and wonderful. The internet works and there is a big exercise room and pool. Thank you all.
